2023 Free Money Earnings: £1,872

£372 over £1,500 Annual Target

Only £62 Free Money in November 2023 ending half way from my £125 average monthly target. Since my main objective has been met, I am winding down now and looking ahead at the 2024 calendar. I have made £1,872 since January without almost lifting a finger. I am not trying to show off but that is the honest truth. I am also looking at seven and a half grand in the Free Money Fund. This sum starts to get interesting.

Bank rewards. £18 seems to be the actual tail off figure after the Halifax hiccup. I am now at £251 in the tally and that means that my £250 objective has been reached. Tick in the box.

Interest on Savings. All my saving have been depleted at the time of writing these lines. I have been saving towards a number of goals which came to fruition at the very end of 2023. The end result is that it will put a temporary stop on interest payments. With the new year, I will establish a new set of personal saving goals and money from interest will resume at a smaller scale. Nevertheless, money still came in November to the tune of £25 bringing the total to £260 or £60 over the £200 annual objective. I am hoping to be able to do it all over again in 2024.

Decluttering Sales. I sold a couple of items in November. A lamp shade for £7 and a pair of lamp bases for £18. They left a £19 profit. Not much but better than nothing. £180 from sales against an objective of £500. Utter and complete desolation.

I am not planning on changing tack now and will continue to do nothing in December. Whatever free money coming in will be welcome but I am definitely not stressing myself about it. I know I will be a few pounds short from two grand. Still good enough for me.
