Strong start in 2024. Much better than I originally expected. I racked in £219 in Free Money. My four main streams delivered steadily to take earnings £94 over a £125 monthly target. Nice to have a head start than to drag behind. Promising.

Bank rewards. £18 per month is my estimated figure, however, in January I get a cashback boost from a spike in direct debits collected from my Santander bank account. No pain no gain. Painful water bill to get an extra fiver here. My wallet is still throbbing.

Interest on Savings. Fresh start in 2024. I am topping up my savings accounts slowly but surely. This one will be a long game and I do not need to rush. I am sowing the seeds at this moment in time. Watching it grow is as much as I can do. Chipping away at it to reach a £150 number in 2024. £145 to go.

Decluttering Sales. Two items sold on eBay left behind £29. I sold yet another pair of glasses that my little girl grew out of and also an old Sky Box which was a surplus to requirement after a plan upgrade. Not bad but not particularly great. I need to average £40+ to reach £500 in 2024.

Cashback. I have always said that cashback is the easiest Free Money ever. The proof is in the pudding as two great examples came in to help me make my point. I was awarded with a £50 cashback for applying for a credit card for my Business. I needed one, so why not pick up some free money at the same time? The other one came from using an American Express credit card for my personal expenses. As all my purchases fall under the promotional rate, I am getting 5% back from all my spending. Particularly handy when it comes to Christmas shopping. A £25 fee applies which is charged into the balance and then credited back as cashback. Total earnings £135-£25 = £110. Casual purchases also added to another £2 profit. £162 total cashback out of nothing. Lovely.

Nothing else to report other than the fact that I am getting closer to the £8,000 Free Money mark in the Fund. It sits at £7,779 an should I repeat this performance in February I will find myself there. Again. I am betting on a big shaker soon. Bear with me.
