April can be classed as just a regular month, nothing terribly exciting going other than a surge in sales. On the flip side, there was a bit of a step back from the Free Cash Fund but overall a positive return of £156 Free Money: £164 from Free Money Streams, a loss of £65 from the Free Cash Fund and a £57 profit from the Stoozing Fund.
Bank Rewards. I really do need to act and bring more accounts into the mix. I keep delaying it without excuse. Plain boring and far from target if things keep staying as they are with only two accounts at a rate of £3 each per month. I will take action shortly. I promise myself.
Cashback. I have a number of items I need to tick off my bucket list this year (ie: life insurance, ISA accounts & casual buys to name a few). In the interim, I keep relying on my AMEX credit card as a stable source of income. This month topped me up with £68 which is good enough.
Freebies. More items from a ‘donation’ lot keep ticking along. I managed to sell a birthday job lot comprising a number of balloons and pumps to inflate them. They left behind £10. A happy buyer and an even happier birthday. Both of us are ecstatic.

Decluttering Sales. Best month in quite a while in terms of selling my clutter for profit. I sold four pairs of used trainers and a hair curler. I am nothing short of surprised since I was about to throw all these things into a recycling/donation container. Just by spending a few minutes and very little effort, I rewarded myself with £80. By the way, it is worth mentioning that I sold all five items on Vinted attracting no fees on sales. Nice. I have made £300 from flogging my personal items in the first four months of 2026. I need another £200 more worth of sales to hit the £500 annual mark. On course.

It is £627 in the kitty in the first quarter of 2026 and I am not even trying. Again, please do not get me wrong as my intention is not to show off but rather to make a point about how achievable this is for any member of the public. £14K in the Free Cash Fund is my evidence to support my case. If I am able to keep these earnings for the two remaining quarters, I should be close to £2,000 from free money streams alone. Let’s not forget that the Stoozing Fund is giving me profits of £800 per year. On this basis, a £3k return per year is a tangible real goal. Let’s make it happen.
