A massive step forward of £627 in August 2026. A sigh of relief after a couple of very slow months: June delivered a gain of £47 and July a pitiful £19. In the end, it breaks down as follows: a decent profit of £187 from Free Money Streams, a £362 gain delivered by the Free Cash Fund and £78 from the Stoozing Fund. Even though it might look like a hefty profit, ups and downs in my Stocks & Shares ISA mean that I am only making up for a dip into the red I experienced in previous months. By contrast, I am growing the Stoozing Fund slowly but surely by balance transferring £5k at a time. As a result, profits have grown to approximately £80 per month. A nice place to be.
Bank Rewards. No changes to my current setup and I am happy to keep three accounts given the latest trend in the banking industry towards cutting back on perks. All conditions met meant £9 to top up the pot.
Cashback. I have a number of transactions waiting to mature in my TopCashback account. Until that moment arrives, I can always rely on the cashback generated from spending using my AMEX credit card. This month I accrued another £123 from just using it. Happy days.
Decluttering Sales. £42 from two sales. Both of them on eBay. An IKEA desk for which I had absolutely no use anymore (£34) and a power supply which came from a broken laptop (£8). I am only £70 away from hitting my annual sales target of £500.

Interest on Savings. I have come across a sum of money. My plan for it is to drip feed it into high-interest savings accounts whilst keeping it all in an easy access savings account. The chosen account is ZOPA paying 2.95% on the balance. I have received £13 in interest payments this month but I expect the following months to rake in 5 times that amount. In any event, this is also Free Money and should count as such.
That’s it. Another milestone reached as the Free Cash Fund is at £15.2k surpassing the £15k mark. Almost all money stream goals are on target to be achieved except bank switch promotions. I know it is going to be extremely difficult to come by the right one. Never mind as other streams are clearly offsetting this gap. I have a feeling that I might reach £3k this year just from Free Money sources. It remains to be seen what gains the Free Cash Fund can deliver from having this money invested. I really can’t wait to reach the £25k I made when I started this Blog back in 2021. I am really going for it. Watch me.
