I made £404 Free Money in May 2026 pretty much without lifting a finger: £152 from Free Money Streams, £183 from gains delivered by the Free Cash Fund and a £70 profit from the Stoozing Fund (please note that this is pure passive income). Not sure what your thoughts are but as far as I am concerned, that is a decent chunk of money for doing… nothing.
Bank Rewards. My two nominated accounts were credited with £3 each. Nothing out of the ordinary here so far but I have to report that I managed to allocate some time to open a Zopa Biscuit Account in order to collect cashback on all my direct debits. Since my Santander account stopped cashback on direct debits I have been cut off from this perk and I kept promising myself that I was going to look for an alternative at some point. Well, the time has finally come, and from now on, I can expect 2% cashback on direct debits (max £30 per year) plus 2% AER interest on money ketp in the account. All in all, it should be another £3-£4 per month making a nice round figure of a tenner for my efforts. It does not look like a lot but it is a mathematical improvement of 80%. Good enough for me.

Cashback. Until a bunch of transactions mature in my TopCashback account, I can always rely on my AMEX credit card to make some money back from my spending activities. May added £70 to the tally for the year.
Decluttering Sales. I sold six personal items (five on Vinted and one on eBay) for a net profit of £68. This year, it looks like I am selling mainly clothes, shoes and accessories. Not a lot of electronics are available for disposal but sales keep ticking along. It is £362 from clutter and I need to keep digging to get another £138. I am hoping I can deliver with seven months ahead of me.

Freebies. Another item sold from a ‘donation’ lot from my dear friends. A nice sweater in good condition which went to a buyer who was absolutely enamored with it. Pure bliss for both of us.

Right. I am happy with the performance of my Free Money Streams and the Stoozing Fund, however, I am not so much with the ebbs and flows of the Free Cash Fund. My Cash ISA delivers interest as expected on a monthly basis but I am perfectly aware that I am losing out to inflation by keeping £5.6K there. In addition, my Stocks & Shares ISA is very volatile due to me taking positions in gold and silver. I have been mulling over this for a while and it is now time to make some adjustments to better myself even further. Change is due soon. Bear with me.
