Collect Free Money from 0% Spending Credit Cards
Last Updated on February 18, 2021 by cash4nothingCredit Cards companies offer 0% interest on purchases for an introductory period. Practically speaking, this is equivalent to a free loan. You can make free money by earning interest on the cash that credit cards lend you at 0%. This is known as stoozing.
The logic is that instead of using savings for purchases, you can use the 0% spend card to pay for them, and allocate savings to collect interests for the duration of the offer. At the end of the promotional period, you can pay the outstanding balance in full with your savings (you keep the interest accrued) or transfer the balance to a 0% Balance Transfer Credit Card.
