£248 total Free Money in September 2025. Not bad at all. My Free Money Streams brought in £127, the Free Cash Fund appreciated by £69 in value and the Stoozing Fund delivered £38 from interest payments. I mean the biggest effort I had to make was to pack and post two items I sold on eBay. Exhausting really. I am really upbeat because I just need £63 more to reach the £1,500 I asked myself for in 2025.

Bank Rewards. It looks like I have received my highest pay-out of £20 for the foreseeable future. Halifax made good on their recent announcement and stopped cash rewards. Since I have two Halifax Rewards Accounts, I can confirm that one of them will not produce any cash perks and the other one will be paying the last £5 in October. Oh well, earnings cut in half but I will survive. Need to start looking for replacement accounts out there.

Interest on Savings. My £5k from personal savings delivered £22 from interest payments. November is approaching fast and that’s the date I will transfer this money to the Stoozing Fund. £137 so far and I am hoping to collect £150 before this money is reallocated.

Cashback. £6 from my TopCashback account plus another £76 cashback from my AMEX credit card makes a total of £82. Cashback keeps flowing in effortlessly.

Decluttering sales. An unhappy buyer returned a shirt. Not much I can do other than issuing a refund and footing the bill for return postage. That is setting my back £19. On the plus side, I sold a hardly used humidifier for £20 leaving a profit of £13 after fees and postage. -£6 for the month but £339 for the year. Time is running out for me to make another £161 from flogging my clutter.

Freebies. A friend is moving house and she is disposing of a number of items. As a result, a hair curling tong happened to be dropped on my desk and I listed it on eBay the moment I had 5 minutes to spare. £9 for 5 minutes of my time is not a bad rate and every little adds up. That is £113 from Freebies so far this year. Sweet.

I am looking at £1,437 from Free Money Streams only. I have not had the chance to write the relevant posts yet but plenty has been happening on the background: I have switched energy suppliers and I am hoping to collect a nice chunk of cashback from it, I have eventually found a suitable bank switch promotion and I am also waiting for confirmation for £300 cashback after applying for an ISA account back in April (not holding my breath on this one by the way). All things turning out well, I will be looking at £500 more before the year comes to an end. Not only £1,500 is taken for granted but I will be aiming at £2k. Why not. Let’s wait and see.
