eBay & Facebook June 2021 – £46 Sales

This is a list of the things that I managed to get sold on eBay and Facebook Marketplace in June 2021.
Note: Net Profit is calculated by deducting postage costs (if applicable), Paypal fees and eBay fees off the final selling price.
Pair of shorts Net profit: £4

Trampoline accessory x2 Net profit: £16

Computer Software Net profit: £16

Car Magazine Net profit: £2

Kids Trainers Net profit: £4

Lamp Shade Net profit: £4

£46 Net Profit from sales in June from 7 items. A close 80/20 rule again with just two items accounting for 80% of the profits. Not an impressive figure but a steady one and within expectation (£50 per month x 12 months = £600 per year).
Vintage computer items are heavily on demand. I managed to shift an old Windows Me Recovery Pack Disc Set from my Vintage 2000s Laptop for a £16 profit. My last two trampoline accessories went in quick succession leaving me with no more bits left and £16 better-off. Proper skip stuff turned into cash. Loving it.
No month goes by without a magazine being sold. Just £2 profit does not seem like a lot in isolation. However, if I time that profit by the hundred magazines I happened to find for free, I would get myself a nice £200 profit. Just for the record, I will compile magazine sales at the end of the year to gauge their weight.
I have a number of items of clothing for sale. They are moving slowly but surely. This month shorts and kids trainers delivered £8. Not a massive number but a welcome contribution. Home and garden are another strong seller. My last lamp shade found a new owner and left four additional pound coins in the pot.
Mind due, I set myself an objective of £300 in Free Money from decluttering sales at the beginning of the year. My tracker shows £885 by June. Did I sell myself short? Probably. Or probably not. I did not expect to find so much clutter. But it just keeps popping up. I have quite a few listings and more items queueing. It is a like a train that once in motion cannot be stopped. I am feeling curious as to where it will take me.
